Hello Everyone

Here is where we will host all 25 of the 2012 Dutch Passion Grow Diaries competition. The aim is to let people have fun growing themselves some quality stash with free seeds from us. The Dutch Passion boys and girls will vote the top 3 diaries at the end of 2012. It will not be about getting the best yield, it will be about seeing what people have achieved with what they have available. We have people growing in greenhouses, outdoors and indoors. Medical and recreational self-sufficient growers will have their chance to find out more about our strains, and the rest of us will have the fun of watching them and seeing how they get on.

Each of the growers can open their own grow diary here and try to update it reasonably regularly. There are no hard-and-fast rules as, after all, we are stoners and this is supposed to be fun. Dutch Passion would like to reserve the option to use any photo's for our website or catalogue. The winning diary will get a €250 voucher for our website, 2nd place will get a €150 voucher, and 3rd prize will be a €75 voucher.

To thank all growers who complete the diary and smoke report we will mail a merchandise pack (T shirts, caps, lighters etc) and a pack of 'Surprise Mix' seeds at the end.

Additionally to the grow diaries, 4 growers will be getting seeds of a new uncommercialised variety to grow. These diaries will also be here. This variety does not yet have a name, it is something we have been working on for a while and we are only just ready to release regular non-fem seeds to allow a first public glimpse of it. This variety will be made available eventually in feminized and regular seeds. This will be the 15th Variety to be made available in regular seeds, even though regular seeds account for just 3% of our sales. The reason we still offer regular seeds for a third of our varieties is as a service for private breeders and for those who prefer the traditional ways of mother nature.

The new variety is from a breeder that specialises in high potency strains, and here he seems to have a high yielder as well. The new un-named variety is a hybrid of The Ultimate and our White Widow. He has used a female specimen of "The Ultimate", crossed it with a male White Widow and followed an intensive process of selection in order to obtain a homogenous, highly productive and high THC strain. The 4 growers testing this for us are The Chemist, Nu Jersey Devil, Wizard OfanOZ and Irish Green Grower (who is new to this website). We wish these 4 people and all the others the best of luck.

Seeds of the new un-named variety went out today. So it will be very interesting seeing how they develop. The naming of this variety will be interesting and maybe some suggestions come forward as the character of this strain evolves. For us this is always an exciting time, seeing what people think of a new strain. I love both parent varieties so this will be fun to see.

And so will the other 25 diaries. I am looking forward to seeing the auto's in ganjamans greenhouse ! Get some quality compost in there mate and pray for sun
