im having a running battle with spider mite, when my girls are done are there any methods i can use to prevent rather than cure?

Hi linsy1111 u need to give all your room and equipment a good clean when everything is down with a good bleach solution then get smpi it's good for mites you shouldn't have a problem after that mate cause I haven't :smokin: cheezehead :bong:

If you have an active intake put a pair of tights or some cooker hood filter over it. Also make sure you are clean-I've heard of some growers getting naked before they go in their grow room to minimise contamination lol

another thing to use is neem oil mate,

i like to make up neem oil in a small bucket, let the plants almost dry out,

pick them up and literally dunk them head first into the bucket.

i do this around twice through veg and never get MANY pests.

You may also consider a particle filter

Or a hoover/vacuum HEPA filter could also be used over your intake.


Also a little doormat at your growrooms door saying "Spidermites not welcome" :wink:

yeh just spray with neen oil and water every week i had um hate the little :soap:
