Interesting. Its hard to believe though. This reminds me of something Terence Mckenna talked about though, he claimed that significant events in the future had the ability
to send particles backwards in 'time' and manipulate the past. Could explain why a lot of people, in movies and songs, made references to 9/11 before it actually happened.

As you can imagine its a very hard theory to prove, in fact its probably impossible without a time machine :)
I can't even remember exactly where I read it but if you look through McKenna's time wave novelty theory I think it'll be explained there.

im guessing there is any number of songs you could retro fit predictions into

the key is if the prediction in a song is actually mentioned in a non vague way before the event

for instance is there a song that predicted say the 9\11 attacks and was seen as that before the attacks :smokin:

There are countless songs from the 90s that make reference to the towers being knocked down or destroyed. I don't know of any that give any specific detail, but the prediction of the event is not the point I was trying to make. My point is that these song lyrics are thought up by somebody, they are chosen because of the way they sound or even just because they rhyme - they are ideas. My theory is that if a significant event in the future could have a ripple effect that travelled backwards through time then it would not be noticed in the physical form. Instead it would spawn as ideas or thoughts in peoples minds, more and more people begin to think about it until the point in time where the incident occurs. This would effectively guide the present events so that they match up with a pre defined future event.

I'm sorry if that doesn't make any sense but its hard for me to put into writing :smokin:

I reckon we've all been here before.. Past, present and future are the same thing.. Our conscious minds are on an infinite journey through time and premonitions are simply flashes of a reality you've already lived in countless times but can't remember. Nice weed this... lol

wouldnt that mean we are constantly living in the past sensi ?

not sure i understood you properly

as for the predictions without specifics there not really predictions

i could predict that one day the sydney opera house wont be there ,i would be correct one day it wont .how it wont be there anymore would be a better prediction or why :smokin:
