New revised policy as of today.

People found guilty of taxable offences such as crimes which result in ill-gotten gain being consumed by the guilty party (such as buying a food source from an un-registered producer, trading on the black/grey market, being a wittnes to a crime and not being complicant in its intervention) shall be punished by a controlled period of starvation equal to the amount of damage caused monetarily in tax. This amount shall be deducted from the budget of ones own prison term or if suspended shall be deducted from ones income.

This approach to justice will appeal to the most fundemental of human desires (the need for food) and be benificial to sociaty in creating a high preportion of 'surviver' genes more able to cope with a sliding economic budget.

Have faith, this will work.

Keep believing.
