Hi folks
anyone grown any amnesia haze from seed? what i was wondering was who has the real deal or is it a case of every different seed co being well different in their product.When i have visited the dam the amnesia haze seems pretty much the same taste and stone in loads of different places and thats the type of flavour and hit im looking for.So whose got the best seeds

Soma's is the original apparently. There will be cheaper versions from other seed companies. If you don't want to pay Soma prices, searcg diaries on here to see who had a good result with which seed companies.

I read that the amnesia you find in the coffee shops is an elite cut found from a pack of soma's amnesia haze , has the hazy taste and smell but is finished in like 7 weeks or something and yields well , alot of breeders claim to have put the clone into seed form ie dinafem.
I did a freebie of dinafems version , wasnt like the amsterdam cut at all really but was nice and sparkly and made wonderfull bho.

Amnesia from Underground Seeds is a ibl of Amnesia Hypro.
The selection was made on 2 parents with the features most sativa, the phenotype sativa was the most powerful and most odorous of this line!! she has very pronounced fruity taste with this odor characteristic of Amnesia!!

It does not make huge buds, but it compensates by its density, the final good production
It grows like a good sativa and multiplies its size by 3 or 4 in the stretch!
It requires little fertilizer and a moderate use of PK additives!
9 to 11 weeks of flowering

also there is a amnesia x jack herer its called jack hammer and from what ive read its total rocket fuel

As i understand it Hy pro is the original and soma got his cut from them ,at least thats what i have been told from a very good source

The stuff i had not sure who the seed bank was but it had weird bud almost like bubbles or pollystiring forgiven my spelling. Then had another persons and bud was heavy as fuck 1.4 got me 3 spliffs but both tasted dank and nice change from cheese

my way of doing it ... ALWAYS try to go as close as possible to the original breeder ...

and yes ... for Amnesia Haze I grew the Soma's one 'bout 2 years ago or so ... and what I could says is there is many different pheno's in there so its a bit of gamble as you have to find the right pheno ... really ...

none of the 3 pheno's I had were the one I was looking for ...

.1 : A lot of Resin / Dense Buds / not even a light hazy taste ... NO TASTE AT ALL !!! (sick) not even a light hazy taste (even tho it was Bio/Organic)

.2 : Not so much Resin / Fluffy Buds / but Nice oldschool Haze Taste

.3 : Not so much Resin / Fluffy Buds / light Haze Taste

such sativa's are not easy to grow as the best way would be to germinate MANY seeds and do a drastic selection (which cannot be made everywhere) and keep best mother(s) and do clones and work strictly with the best genetics ....

- had the same experience with Tangerine Dream ... but I DID find the realMcCo pheno !! and it was NICE !! so sometime it worth the effort !!

I too have been told this, ill be trying HFH Amnesia very soon, just got the beans today. Great price for 13 regs...These are the original Hy Pro genetics re-worked so well worth a punt at £22 a pack imo

That said i have had friends work in dutch coffee shops and they say tourists blacking out is a regular thing. Walked in to Homegrown Fantasy once whilst they were picking up a tourist off the floor who said he had no idea what just happend to him.

I think it happened more before 2004ish when you could still buy alcohol in coffeeshops. Non smokers would get drunk, feel brave, smoke a joint, sick up everywhere or pass out. I haven't seen it happen as much recently though.
