Anyway the reason Im here is to post some pics of the SS Sweet Special Photoperiod 'Freak' plants that got mixed up wtin some reg pollen inastead of auto pollen - if you dont know about it theres a Sticky thread about it in the Sweet Seeds 2012 Compl forum. I think the peole who got these are pretty lucky really, as theyr about as limied edition as you can get when you think of it.

So I have 3 of these girls on the go now, I had em on 400w HPS, but ive bumped them up to 600w for another week/two, then 600w - 640w for the last 2 - 3 weeks. Ive been very slack with taking dates though so I dont know when I bloomed the seeds FFS. I know its recorded here somewhere though. Just gotta look back to the time when I posted the fact that my Sweet Special werent blooming and Tommy pointed it out to me. Should be cool then. Im guessing im on the day ~38 mark.

I also have 5 Creme Caraml autos on the go, cux I LOVE THT STRAIN. And also 3 Moham Ram Autos to do a comp and prove to the world what SS genetics are up to.

Here the 5 CC autos, and 3 MohamRam autos. These are 15 days in .5L pots tomorrow so already time to pot up. Over the last 5 or so auto grows I hav figured this is the best time to pot up. Normally Id like a plant to root out a pot but not in this case for whatever reasson. I need the roots to be established but only just. The soil aeound them will be loose when transplanting.

3 MH are the first 3 on the right, the rest are the CC autos:

Heres a shot of SS#1 - Ive trimmed the day lights out of them cuz I want hard nugs only and I Have enough ttim ATM. Plus, I really like the look of em this way. Its like a CrewCut.

Heres #2 = Not sure if any of these will be great yielders but what do you expect with zero topping or LST. I did tink they were autos up to jjust over a month ago mind. :spliff:

Ands I had to delete the pic of #3, which is shorter and stockier as the pic was bluued n shit...Jesus im so wrecked after that cone that i can barely see... so quickly

Im surewhen shes trimmed shell be lovely (whats left of her)... Anyway I hope the shots gave some indication of some of the Sweeet Special photperiod varieties out there currrently, albeit few id imagine. So far so good anywa...hope it helps others...

and if theres any other SS reg./hotoperiod grows on here could their hoster say hi and link me up so I can take a look? Woljd reall appreciate it.

Good to here you putting the positive spin on the SS strain mate, and I guess you're right :o)

Knew it wouldn't be long before you had more CC's on the go after your previous grows and your smoke appraisal... Sweet Seeds best auto strain me thinks. And I couldn't agree with you more mate about potting up, personally I have found that the sooner the better as when the pots are rooted out there isn't enough food and the plant enters suspended animation until potted up and feeding again.

Sorry I haven't been a regular visitor recently mate but now my tent is coming down I will have more time on my hands.

Cheers Nutty, just dropping in real quick as I go to get my head in some books asap (after this delicious sppliff of doublewhite tho..I knokno..)

Just popping in to say that I got my pack of Creme Mandarine in the post. Im very excited about these. I didnt spend muuch time trying to translate the info on theback but I thought I saw something about Creme Caramel on there so Im really hoping its a parent plant on this strain. If so Im real excited.

Im wearing the proverbial CremeCaramel tshirt everyday, to bed even.

And from lookin back at my posts re discovering that the SweetSpecial needed 12/12, (12/04), I know I didnt switch them to the 12/12 tent til at least that weekend, so that woulld make then approx 30-35 days of 12/12 now, which would make sense based on their appearance. They got a ways to go really..think ill turn that 640w light output to 400w until the last few weeks. Only makes sense for a man witha leccie bill thats a quarter of his montly salary at the moment

The amount of dried bud you got off your fastbud auto is outstanding I've got 1 fastbud auto in now and I'll be happy with 2 oz, it's just too fill the jars as you say
