I have been reading up a lot on advanced products and would be highly delighted if they were like ronseal, has anyone used these seemingly wonderful yet expensive products? I am the first to believe that you get what you pay for and would willingly pay the asking price if all they claimed on the label were true, however I have also learned that just because its the most expensive does not necessaryly mean its the best.
I would really appreciate any help from anyone who has used these products as it is not the time of year to be test driving brands

I used to use canna and GH, then tried advanced nutrients and never looked back. People say they are shit without even trying them first just because a mate of theirs didnt like them. They might be over priced alittle but if you really work it out they aint that bad and considering my plants health through out veg and flower I will always gladly pay alittle more. Im more than happy with them. You dont need to use all of their products and their nute calendar isnt the best. I use everything at 3/4 strength. The results speak for themselves!

Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom is a golden product which you may use to grow aswell by pumpin more part A
BUT
AN is shitting in the house by releasing all those single products every year and changing the labels.
worst of it, they stamp on that shit and walk around by releasing a feed chart.

Sensi Bloom is ok :yep:
Even with compost :wassnnme:

Sensi Grow & Bloom,Mother Earth Tea Grow & Bloom,Bud Candy,Nirvana,Carboload,OverDrive - Good,will continue to use them

Rhino Skin,VooDoo Juice,B-52,Piranha,Tarantula,Sensizyme - Rip off,can find cheaper alternatives

Bud Ignitor,Bud Factor X - Are aimed at the commercial grower, don't bother with them

I got a freebie of some Bud Blood a couple years ago & it did seem to work & will try it again

Are you serious mate about using all those stuff?
4ml A 4ml B 2ml sensizym 2ml bud candy (as in AN feedin' chart) and some PH up (+0.3 ec) already hits 3.2 - 3.6EC
ain't no cannabis plant can tolerate that high EC. so what's that chart for? :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:
How do you use them? people goig to burn their plants just because of this thread.

You need to remember that Bud Candy & Sensizyme are not a food, they will make your PPM/E.C rise, but you don't count it.You only need to measure the PPM/E.C of stuff that has a NPK ratio on the front of the bottle.

So why use them then ?
AN have more products then a supermarket and by following their chart you'll end up spending lots of money and growing bad weed ,that's if you don't kill your plants with all that crap

Its not the nutes that are bad, its the stupid feeding schedule & calculator. The veg feeding programme is spot on but its the flowering programme that needs to be halved to achieve the desired EC. I think their fantastic and my results speak for themselves. I always get 1gpw minimum. Sensi grow and sensi bloom are great base nutes but I do agree AN have made way too many additives and boosters that could have easily been mixed into half the products. Big mike of AN offered £1,000,000 to any nute company to produce better quality and yield but no one took the challenge. They are massive in the states

Call me ignorant but I nip down the garden centre and get a bag of multipurpose and some tom food. If I didn't like the buds I get I'd look for something else, but I do like the buds I get.
- Do you know what you get if you cross a sheep with a kangaroo?
- A woolly jumper?
- No. It was horrible. We had to kill it with a shovel.
