Because of how early I ended up getting this, I didn't want to "ruin the day" by getting wasted at 10AM, especially since I only had about 3 hours sleep (I literally couldn't stop thinking about the MFLB thats why!) I only put a few twigs in it to try it and yeah, I got a nice vapor taste even from some dusty twigs.

I know everyone says this but the MFLB is smaller than I thought... the Powerex charger is a lot bigger than I thought!

This MFLB is the new one with a ball catch.

Its hard to imagine one until you get one or see on for real. The mesh looks extremely delicate although probably isn't, I won't ever touch it, I think the brush that comes with it will probably never even touch the screen either but thats just me.

No clue how long the battery will last because I just haven't tested it out properly but I know from the tiny bits of twigs today, well those twigs have kinda got me through the day alone.

When I get some more bud I will post back.

I can tell though that this thing is way better than the old candle under a light bulb. No comparison.

The only problem I have is this charger (the Powerex C9000) has a backlight and it is on the entire time any battery is being charged, with no way I can see to turn the backlight off, oh well. Its doing the "Break In" charge at the moment but I have got the other 2 original MFLB batteries charged up for tonight and some serious vaping.

This thing is worth the money already... it is built to perfection.

The day has come when I have finally got one. Tonight I somehow think I will be going to sleep a lot easier than I did last night. :guitar:

What was annoying was peeling those 4 batteries, probably took between 30 and 60 minutes EACH to peel and rub the glue off. Glad it only needs doing the once!

Kinda useless to post about this without experience of using it (apart from a few twigs to test with) but I am so excited about getting it I had to post.

It might be the best day of my life.

I got a MFLB two years ago,

still use it now, is excellent when away with work or pop folks for a bit. minimal smell when using.

great piece of kit,

Id recommend splashing out another £20 when possible on a 1hour charger and better batteries, as a few people will quickly drain the issue batteries.
Hope it treats you well

I thought that about 2 hours into it but never bothered looking for some. :wallbash:

Another 2 hours passed, I remembered again about WD-40 but the batteries were all peeled and clean by then.

I have been hammering the MFLB tonight and gotta say it gets you slammed. Add me to the long list of satisfied people or rather, high as f**k people.

One thing about the MFLB I never knew - the trough doesn't rest on the bottom of the wood, it kinda hovers above, so you really can't ever touch the screen, think of the back of a camera... its bloody delicate! The MFLB is ingenious in that none of the gauze touches any of the wood.

Also got the C9000 and was peeved about the back light. Solution? Tape a bit of cardboard or something onto it on one side, so it acts as a hinge almost.

I thought the MFLB would be a great way to toke in the cinema, I hooked up a length of air line down my sleeve. It had just the same reaction as lighting a pure doob in there apart no one could pinpoint the source thank fuck.

Have seen a few people say they've done it in the cinema. Never really saw the appeal in that, I usually just vape nearby beforehand. Outside.

Yep, in the cinema, on the bus, in town, it's excellent. I've just taken delivery of a 1 metre whip, which plugs right into the MFLB, and you can run it from your pocket up the inside of your shirt and blaze away in complete secrecy. ;)

I've also just received my Magic Flight power supply/control unit. It's amazing. At the minimum setting it's slightly cooler than a battery, but when it's on full it's capable of igniting your cannabis, so be careful! It's super-handy for people who work in a smoke-free environment, or if you're on a deadline with no time to keep skinning up.

In the pics, you can see the front of the controller with the MFLB logo, the back with the controller potentiometer, and the full kit with the 1m whip.

The MFLB is too handy, if anything, because now I'm vapeing so much cannabis that I keep thinking I'm being stalked by a platypus.

I don't advise a haircut, man. All hairdressers are in the employment of the government. Hair are your aerials. They pick up signals from the cosmos and transmit them directly into the brain. This may be the reason bald-headed men are uptight.

Yes GF, direct from the company. The link below is to the price list and order page - which is confusingly accessible from the Home page, via an obscure purple 'order now' button halfway down instead of the extremely clear menus at the top.

I have one as well Eddie, very good pieces of kit. I now keep the power supply at a mates house and use it there when I'd call in. Saves the batteries and I like the higher temp hits.
