I have searched the site but can’t find any info. I was wondering does anyone use these and does it have any relevance to finding the right harvest point ? Never heard of it in all my years growing surely someone must have tried it ? 

They are exact genetic copies, but genes can express themselves in many different ways. A simple (possibly over simplified) example is a plant turning purple when it's cold, or stretching because it's not getting enough light etc.
