I've had the same water in my bong for three days, is that disgusting? I will definitely put fresh in tonight, but i just couldnt be bothered the last few days...

When I was at college we had the same bong water, just topped up for months, when it spilled it left an interesting but disgusting stain on the carpet that smelt fucking rank. Three days is fine by my standards , I change mine daily when I'm smoking bongs now.

i mistakenly drank some 2 week old (soapbar) bong water once. spewed pickled eggs and cheese and onion crisp's every where, really upset some goats. but i digress, i change mine every 2 to 3 days, otherwize it just get's too rank.

I may be showing OCD tendencies _(again!), but I empty bongs after using them for 4 or 5 hits in an evening, then they are cleaned each and every morning before they're ready to use again.
Who wants a dirty ashtray taste with your hit?! If I'm smoking good weed, I want it from a clean pipe so I can taste the goodness!
If my bong is dirty (for some strange reason) I'll use a different, clean pipe, or roll a skinny one.
OCD is a curse and a blessing at once.

Water changed and bong cleaned everytime I go to have a session on it. Sometimes clean it everyday if I'm using it a lot. Always have ever since bonging everyday for a couple of years with a guy who was anal about it being cleaned everyday. The habit kind of stuck.


A friend used to stash his up his fireplace on a little ledge up the chimney. Went yo use it once and it stank so fucking bad, wasn't until we started cleaning it that we discovered the dead bird inside
