I just can't deal with going out to buy it, hiding it, worrying if the Police walk past, just for a few hours buzz at a time (depending on how much I get). But I enjoy the feeling as well. Would really help if I got some peoples opinions instead of my friends just saying either "Yes, just do it" or "NOOOOO!!! DON'T QUIT!!!!". So what do you think? On average I'll smoke around 1-2gs every weekend, then the odd spliff or 2 in the weekday.

Yeah, then I gotta find a way to hide it all, go out and buy all the equipment, wait for ages waiting for it to grow, I'll end up just using more money knowing me.

it your choice but i would have a look at some of the micr grow diarys before you rule it out :yinyang: it can cost next to nothing for a proper micro grow and be very easy to hide . you could have a harvest in 8-10 weeks from now

peace out farmer boy

I sympathise - If I'm not growing, there's no way I can afford enough dope to keep me happy, so it's cold turkey or pissing £100 a week on shitebar, damp cheese and redstring.
And if I'm not smoking, I drink a bottle or two a week, go up 20kg in a few months and look ten years older.

I look at the hassle of growing and consuning vast quantities of cannabis as an investment in my health, a bit like an hour a day in the gym...
A quarter pound of ishen is a dollar ten cent, I get so high I can't pay my rent.

Why are you asking us?

We don't know you...we don't know how your mind works, your mental state, your lifestyle, your likes and dislikes, your hobbies, your work situation, your social scene...

Why ask us?

I think you already know the answer...if you're finding the cons outweight the pros...especially as you seem to be paranoid about people walking past...do you ask your mates the answer to everything?

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but when you begin to do what YOU truly want to do, not what others want, you'll be a lot happier with yourself.
Absorb what is useful...reject what is useless...add what is specifically your own...find your own truth! Bruce Lee

From the tone of your first post I would (if I were you) quit!

Worrying if the police walk past(fuck em, its your house) hiding it(small clip top glass jar) and worrying about getting it(that was part of the fun in my youth, the hunt for a decent smoke) :russian:

I don't want to patronize you but are you old enough to be on this site?
and if you do get a grow on.... what will your already frayed nerves be like then?
sick of politicians, harassment and laws

You wouldn't feel that way if you were living in Holland, for example. Therefore don't blame the weed, blame the government and protest by growing your own!

Yet you'll join an internet forum dedicated to helping people learn how to grow their own and ask a bunch of anonymous strangers whether you should quit smoking or not.

I find that hugely amusing and just a little puzzling. But then I am very very stoned.

Thing is, I'm not always paranoid when they walk past, it's just recently because there's been a lot of arrests involving weed around my area and I'm afraid I'm gonna end up getting searched. But yeah, taking from what people have said, I may just quit :P
