No frills but sound for what it is, clean and in a great place if you want to be right in amongst it all

Yep. Never stayed there but I threw an enormous whitey on the street outside my first trip to the Dam! Mushrooms, all day smoking, drinking and a hash milkshake on top of it all=not a good combo!

iv not stayed there but have stayed a few doors down. it looks chilled out, its a very busy street with lots of sex shops, coffee shops and alleys with "red lights"

Stayed there a couple of times.. And liked it. Smoke friendly, you can smoke a spliff with your breakfast. Rooms are clean. Staff are fairly friendly.

Best of all is close to everything, 5 minutes to the station and stones throw from Greenplace coffeeshop.

Enjoy your trip.
