I got 5 fems from nirvana but they all auto'd on me , if i was going to try again id most likely go for medicine man from shanti.
Not as bad as white widdow but theres a few people punting this nowdays and not all seeds are created equal,

UK cheese fiend, you would be correct in your thinking man. Go with medicine man. That's the original and the best, strong shit with a great yield. Shanti the breader is a legend

Saw this on another forum a while back so cut and pasted it since i don't think we're allowed to link here.

'Ive grown Medman, Greenhouse and Medicinal Marijuan seeds version. All were grown outdoors so...

Of the 3, i wont grow the Medical Marijuana Seeds version again because the plants have incredibly brittle branches that will break off the plant if you sneeze. Not acceptable.


The greenhouse and Mr. nice strains are similar, but the MM takes about a week or longer to finish and has a little bit more balanced high than the party killing greenhouse version. Of the 3, I prefer the Ghouse version because it is party killing, and comes in a femmed version. For 1/2 the money, you get twice the smoke with GH and there isnt even remotely, enough difference in the 2 to spend the extra money on the medman- if you can find them.

The smoke from all 3 is expansive and harsh in my view. Its the kind of smoke that leaves your teeth and lips coated in tar if you dont water cure. A lot of smokers dont mind this aspect but im not one of them. For me, one of the diffences between quality breeding and top quality smoke and pollen chucking is the smoothness and taste of the smoke. Just suck down a well grown blueberry- ahh, smooth and tasty. Then take you a big toke of medicine man. cough-gag-hack-cough...... You'll know the difference between Dj short and shantibaba. Its the same difference you'll find between premium whiskey and rot gut.

After years of 'homework' on the net the med man keeps comming up again and again as the best and original white rhino. Never seen a bad report, so decided to give it a go. Got three different phenos, one was afghani dom, one was a spitting image of the widow and one was in between the two. all three had good bud formation and nice tight nugs, but the affi dom one stank like armpit. Couldn't tell you which one was the best pheno though. Got raided about 3 days before i cut them down. Will be doing them again in the future though as they looked/smelled nice (well 2 did) and still have some of the seeds in the fridge. A mate is running a couple of them now, but a long way to go yet. Good luck with whichever ones you choose.

ive done rhino a few years ago great yeld didnt smeel much hashy (washed out smeel) found the high dull with a washed out feeling i could imaging the oil from this plant would be a great sleep aid . you could give purple rhino a go she seems like she could be a gooun just my 2p worth

Cheers for the info peeps, I'm going to go with the m m as I don't mind paying a bit more for the beans, and with the regs theres always that chance of a special pheno more variety is what I like when I'm looking for a girl..cheers again happy toots.

i got a white rhino here thats about 6/8 yrs old maybe older,had a cut off a mate many moons ago and to be honest i`ll never get rid of the strain.
