will give you a reason to keep poking your head in, so to speak
i must admit that it's only been because i've had bigger probs on my mind lately than nicotine that i've found it so easy to quit. when i did it before tho, i found that a complete change of tastes helped. change the brand of toothpaste you use. start drinking fresh grapefruit juice instead of orange (or whatever). cut up carrot sticks and/or celery and leave it in the fridge to nibble on (as you won't have that high to fall back on). maybe get some cinnamon gum, the key is to try and remove/change the things that trigger your cravings by altering routines and smells/flavours for a while. as your taste buds come back (after 30yrs it should be amazing!) the new flavours will be an altogether new experience and you may find some new things you like.
anyway, i hope you can keep positive during the hardest times, we're bigger than nicotine and we can do this!
