I remember buying 'spiced' cider in gallon containers at local 'rock' concerts in the early 70's! Ya know the places, old disused quarry, loads of local bands and always the Hari Krishnas selling lentil stew and handing out Mojos to all and sundry.

I've not tried the Westons organic but this one is a proper pint

thing to remember with cider is fresh air doesn't mix well and will turn good cider into cider vinegar pretty damn quick
The cloudy "Rosie" is a nice pint too if you like still cider and the Stowfords Press is a proper night out amongst a sea of Carling and Woodpecker :P

Funny you should mention the Barbie Groovelick, the British BBQ champion said one of the secrets to the perfect tasing meat was to spray it with apple juice as it cooks. This produces a coating of sweet apple caramelness which is good apparently. I've not tried it yet but I'm going to give it a go.
