If you could post more info, eg lights on/off temps and your nutrient schedule and anything else you are using/doing at the moment eg boosts or tonics and the system your using there will be someone along shortly to diagnose,
The red stems tell me they are/have been a little cold, cold roots can cause loads of problems, ATB

I would say your plants are regenerating-deformed leaves appear then you will get single leaves. pics could be better the first one looks to be overfed as the leaf appears to be dying from the tip(may be the photo

I will have a tenner at even money its regen :wassnnme:

Aye it looks like it is re-vegging to me also, looks like you may have triggered it flowering somehow and now it is re-growing.

Edit: It also looks too hot raise your lamp and get some air movement going.

I took the cuttings 3 weeks into flower, normally i do it a bit sooner than that so the plant definately was reveged. If thats all it is then they will be allright. I know its not nute problems or light problems.

Bingo, they will sort themselves out, it will have set you back a wee bit but they look to be growing again. I would make sure you remove any shitty dead plant matter where they have revegged (if any).

Possibly clones from a flowering plant, not a big issue. Just trim off all the lower deformed growth, that will encourage more growth above and you should see new plant growth return to normal after a couple of weeks then trim all unwanted deformed plant growth off. Also cut back on your EC and watch your PH. gl.
