as title really,..is anyone running this make n model mother board or maybe just other nvidea xfx range mother boards?
reason im askin is im supposedly havin bios update problems!...basicly the pc keep freezin up and crashing!...tells me i need a bios update!
so i go find it via a thread here somewhere but i cant get my head round the instructions,..it goes on about burning a image to cd from a EXE on ur pc(already downloaded) but i dont understand it!

anyone can help??

ok download the bios from hear My link
next unzipp it and burn files to a cd or a usb stick.
restart pc and go into bios find boot options and make sure the first is either cd or usb.
save and exit bios it should then boot into a bios update program follow on sceen instructions.

a bios update can be a pain, if you feel uncomfortable with it in any way, find somebody to help you buddy.

if you make any fuck ups whilst updating the mobo bios and it freezes, you will lose the motherboard.

if you download and install the wrong bios, you will lose the mobo.

the first time around a bios update should be tackled with a friend or a pro.
