Since i do not want to put my pictures in another grow-report I start e new one here.

It is a little bit late since the flowering is allready about 8 or more weeks going on. I found this forum not long ago otherwise i think i would have started this report a bit sooner.
But now i run into some diificultys, and it seems that there is more knoledge for these strains than anywere else.

I run into what i believe a nutes shortage, but since they need very little nutes they haven't got hardley anything.

I grow in a Goldlabel special mix, and started with lavapowder, basaltpowder and bentoniet. I added 1 Buffertab in an 7 liter container.
When i thought they stopped growing, i put then in an 11 litercontainer, just with fresh soil.

Now they have arrived at day 67 on 12/12, the Nanda Devi stil is growing and show a nutes shortage, and i am not sure what to give her.

But here are some pictures of the lady's.

Sofar it is going oké, but since there is a long way to go, I hope to get some info how to feed them to get them healthy til the end.

I try to give more info in the future, and keep you updated once a week or so, at least that is the idea.

PS.
I am growing under T5 tubes in a cabinet with mirrors. A bit smaller than 1 square meter. 1300 x 700 MM surface and about 2 meters height.

Dj.

hi Djbroertje,

hopefully some more skilled growers than me can offer their suggestions here

I am not sure about any possible nutrient deficiencies - you would need somebody else to help on that

but my observation, just going on the photos, is that you have an excess of nitrogen there:

the clawing and curling shape of some of the leaves, and the deep green colour of some of them, suggests that to me the grow medium is too 'hot' for these strains (possibly too wet too?)

all best

Thanks for th ereply Namka,

The soil is/was A little rich but after allmost 10 weeks groing and blooming I think that should not be the case anymore.
I now think it is an PH issue. Since I normal grow organic and use buffertabs, i do not use PH- so for several weeks They got 6,7 PH water. I bought today a bottle of PH- (bloom) and planning to go back in little steps to 6,2

See what that wil do to them.

Too wet Tha parvati has happend, but not for the last 4 weeks or so. And damaged leafes wil not turn better i think. It took me some time to find the coerrect amount of water. She reacted a little different than the plants I grew before.

I will see what happens within the next few days/weeks. I still need about 4 weeks of 12/12 I assume, The parvati should have a bloomingtime of 12 / 13 weeks I believe. So I need to give them some extra care.

I also made some seeds here, so perhaps i give it another try in the future, and hopefully i find out what she really needs in this grow.

Grtz,
Dj.

The problems do not seem to go further.
since a coulple of day's i started to give PH 6,2 water, and the Nanda gets a little nutes twice a week. Allso once a week a session of tea.

I am stil not sure what the floweringtime for both is, I aim at 12 or 13 weeks for the Parvati, and 14 weeks for the Nanda. But the lady's tell me otherwise. We will see what it gets

looking really good...

in the Himalaya both of these strains are harvested in early to mid October, but indoors in pots under artificial light they may behave differently...

other growers have found they can go longer than the 70 - 75 days or so that an early October harvest may suggest

Thanks Guy's

I wil do my best to get them healthy til the finish.

I also had some experience with HPS 400 Watt, but this is more fun for me, And less heat. It just take a different style of growing, and i have to take care of the height a bit.

And I believe there is a start of an personal message, but somehow I cannot find how to reply. Maybe i need more posts or something.
The message is that i do not have the richt permission to use it.

I wil try to find out, and respond to that.

Grtz,
Dj.

Oh man, that wall of flowering branches is just spectacular! I love hedges! You've got trained just right so they are producing so many budding branches, fantastic! That is really filling in wonderfully and soon you won't be able to see the wall behind them!

Say, what are the white pipes with the holes? Is that fresh air coming in or part of the air exhausting?

Thanks for posting! Looks like you are looking at an awesome harvest on the way!

Thanks Vince,
The taste we have to wait a while.

Ganja,

I 'm enjoying the looks of it every day. I wish my fense in the garden looks like this

The white pipe is my frersh air inlet. I am blowing from the middle the fresh air between the leafes tio get the fresh air all around the lady's. Allso I hope to coole a little my tubes.

Pictures from 2 days ago. Today i am 12 weeks on the flowering road, and i believe that the Parvati needs 1 more week orso.
