Seedling not growing

I have a seedling in a small pot it’s about 2 in tall .it has not moved for 2 weeks.its about 12 in from a led light no heat problem,the room is 77 f .im keeping the soil damp with a bit of Formulex,any help please .

Seedling looks strong and healthy. I wouldn't give any nutrients while still so small. However, otherwise it seems a bit of a mystery.  I am sure other people will have some ideas.

If it hasn't grown at all in two weeks and your environment isn't too cold I'd say you have overwatered and starved the roots of oxygen.

Whats the humidity?

Lights off temps?

What soil?

What led are you using? How many watts? 12inch might be too close depending what you're running.

 

How often are you watering? 

It could be a case of overwatering, you need to get a good wet/dry cycle going on, especially in soil.

this soil is probally too rich too ?..what soil ?

wait until they are about 15 cm tall....or look at the plant...

 

stem is purple this is pure stress of overfeeding...maybe to wet too ...first 2 leaves are sick/burnt.

for germinating use nutrient pour soil...special seedling soil.

I've had this twice. Once was a hash plant from Sensi seeds, just got to about that size and just stopped growing. It also happened to a Sage from thseeds. I remember thinking it was frozen in thyme.

maybe cold , cold watering over watered etc  try some luke warm water with no feed next time and try get temps up

i assume you did not flush the buffered coco.....and gave some feeding too.......its pure overfeeding

if you wanne experiment....buy 1 kilo of hempf birdseed....its so cheap....and a good learning experience.

I've had this happen once to many.  It's either been down to too hot a compost, root temps too low, overwatering and even fungus gnats, which can go to town on seedlings if they've really got to work. Where are you measuring your ambient temps and are you monitoring root temps? 25C measured half way up the tent could be a good bit cooler at pot height so the temps in the medium would be lower still.

Check root temps. If your environment is 77f at lights on the root temps are likely well below 77f. My tent rides about 3-4 deg F colder at the roots than ambient tent temp. This gets more exacerbated at lights off. 
 

id start there. Looks a lot like cold roots mixed with too much water/nutrients. 
 

 

I fight cold roots in the winter.  Even with a heat mat, you have to really keep an eye on things. Water with warm (75-80f) tap water, if you can.

Both the times it happened to me all the other seedlings were growing fine. Is it the only seed you planted sid?

Are u sure thats coco? It looks more like a compost with added John innes.
