If cannabis is your wonder drug then by all means you do what is necessary for you.

Because the drug they said was best for me... baclofen... caused me severe mental and physical problems.

Initiallly in tablet form, I needed such a high dose that it caused me mental problems (which perhaps are still evident... I have lost my driving licence due to mental problems), then I had a pump installed in my body to feed micro doses directly to the injury site, so no mentasl problems....

But when after 5 years the battery ran out, so needed full surgery to replace the pump, I was in hospital without the drug, and one morning I woke up to find a massive erection... despite my spinal injury that still worked but their drug had suppressed it..... but cannabis reduced/ameleriorated my spasms while still allowing my erection.

Notts police are fully aware of my medical grow.

Up your arse with "If cannabis is your wonder drug "... you are a NHS doctor and I don't trust you.

problem with systemic drugs is you start with one and in few years you have a full bag of them....and side effects which each medicine=drug has few

You are in my opinion.

That reality will hit you in time maybe  but I wouldn’t hold my breath. :nenenenene:

I pity those poor cunts,  having a 'doctor' who won't prescribe Cannabis but grows it himself for shits and giggles. :wanker:

People will claim anything to get their hands on those type of drugs, there are specific rules, I am not prepared to break them, also, patients typically require referral to specialists

cannabis has marginal clinical benefit to those suffering from illnesses that can be treated using systemic drugs

My wife was nearly killed because of the drugs she was prescribed for a chronic illness.  Now that's she's off them and using only cannabis, her life has improved exponentially.  How can you possibly believe in the above statement you just made?

"for the psychosis and suicide, yes especially if you been bindging on meth/coke for few days and have cannabis you can be there very easily"

quoting @The Pharm

Cannabis the pusher over of edges.

Like salt.

So if I was bindging on meth and coke and then had macdonalds it's the fucking salt that kills me?

Shitty grease rope.

I am sorry to hear your distrust in NHS doctors, I hope that in the future we can rebuild and make up for that.

@The Pharm I know you're being slightly pounded here, and I don't want to come across as adversarial - not feeling that either...Your world is mostly foreign to me, so to speak, I'm curious.

How to you handle patients that make choices that may cause themselves harm? Y'know, make perhaps the 'wrong' choice, in the face of the evidence.

If you have a problem you don't have to be here, nobody is forcing you.

This is a very good question. Id depends the type of harm they may cause, could you provide me with a scenario you were thinking of?
