Week 1 - Autoflower Zkittles OG [First Grow]

Hey. I have decided to give growing a try. I have been smoking weed for years but I think it's time I stop breaking the bank. It's time I also get my friends to stop breaking the bank, so learning how to yield high will be very important to me to learn. However, I have got an autoflower for my first grow to gain an understanding of the basics of growing marijuana before I move onto multiple expensive projects.

 

Pot:

6Gallon fabric pot

 

Light:

600W Light from Amazon  -

 

Soil and Nutrients purchased/planning to use:

BioBizz All Mix soil 

BioBizz Root Juice

BioBizz Bio Grow

BioBizz Bio Bloom

BioBizz Top Max

 

Aim of this harvest:

To learn how to grow safely. And I mean safely because I want to experiement in the future and make sure it was my fault if it goes wrong by having the previous knowledge.

 

I was told that I don't need to give no nutrients till the fourth week as it's an autoflower that could get nutrient burned?

 

 

Basically, I don't want to hear from people who think my weed is doomed and give me advice I should have done. Or if you have advice that don't work here, then you're waffling and you're making the process longer for me to understand. That is called a smartass. Help me ahead and if you want to completely steer me off what I'm doing and make major flaws then have a better plan that has guaranteed results. Thank you.

First and foremost it's not the type of flower that determines when you feed. That comes down to the medium you're growing in. Biobizz all max is a slow release soil. So yeah, you don't need to feed til week 3 or so. 

 

Most people will tell you to just read your flowers and feed when they're asking for it. 

 

 

If it's a cheap 600w blurple light your harvest will be less than other options. 

 

 

Since its your first grow, I wouldn't bother with top max or root juice. 

 

As for people being 'smartass' you need to remain open to honest feedback. This forum is full of decent people who know their shit, they won't bullshit you to please your ego. So as long as you can remain humble and take feedback on board you'll be fine

Sounds like you gave me asshole advice the one I EXACTLY told people not to give. I gave it root juice and it's healthy. You're wrong. Why are you posting here with information not relevant to this grow? Do you want my plant to die because I have no consideration for people who say things without actually researching it? It's an expensive project not 

 

I was referring to people who don't know what they're talking about that insist and contradict what other people say in the forum clearly. That's rude. Why would you give someone information that would lead your plant to die because you can't get shit for it in person? Enough of this, I wish i could edit that to the bit where it says 'I don't want people to tell me my plants are doomed' and that's it because I forgot how sensitive the internet is, without realising that I push for shortcuts, I respect your community but you can't spite someone and give them information that's not beneficial to them because you don't like the way they handle people like you.

You’re mixing emotions with what I asked for. I wasn’t being rude but I seem to have attracted the people who interfere internet comments with their feelings. I have read some misleading contradictive things on this forum on other posts and all I asked was to not have it here yet you want to label and degrade someone else to make yourself seem morally cool. Then go move in with him  My approach is alright I stated what I asked for. I’m not a noob, I’m a new grower that’s why I asked different to what the internet refers to as a noob. A noob tried and failed and won’t get it. They give their soul to other people to make others feel like they did something good.  If you want me to try and fail by myself then suggest that. I’m not being rude here I’m just being direct cause it filters out all the emotional people and draws me to the individuals who I should listen to. I sound professional because I don’t like being immature and wasting the minutes of the life I have on the internet to be friendly to people who potentially could be paedophiles

Last I checked this is a grow forum for adults.    As an adult, interacting with other adults, you really needn't be concerned about online predation. However, if role-play is your thing, and as you asked so nicely... I expect a few of our more twisted members would be more than happy to sort you out

What is it exactly that you’re asking for advice on? It seems you were offered good advice about learning to read your plants when they need a feed and then have thrown that back at the person offering it. 
 

id suggest maybe not biting the hand that feeds, it’s not really a great start to ask advice then disregard it. Growing weed has lots of facets and you will get a lot of advice offered. It’s hard not to give advice about going forward without sometimes going back a bit first so YOU understand what the person is advising.

 

Maybe have a clear set of things you want to understand and ask specifically about those things as a starting place.

 

This place is extremely helpful but it as a collective it tends not to tolerate people being arsey, especially when they’ve just asked for advice And help
