Gas enviro controller help needed

Hi guys are any of you using a gas enviro controller I have just set mine up today gone through all the instructions set the fan speeds, temps, humidity and so on.

My problem is it's not giving a room temperature just say "Room 0 "

I have tried factory reset and a complete setup again but still the same?

I left it a couple of hours but still no change

any help would be much  appreciated

if all else fails I will ring gas in the morning

thanks

Thats odd. Where do you have the probe? I guess it may be faulty because it is working in one sense, it thinks the lights are on.

I did think it would be the probe but no I haven't damaged it any any way I don't think. I was careful with it as I saw in the instructions not to drop or damage it

I will give gas a call in the morning

thanks

I'd not recommend reading the instructions. Throw them to the wind.

If factory reset , leaving it off for a bit or a claw hammer dont fix it, it was faulty already.  Take it back.

Just a quick update I rang gas today and told them about the problem I was having,  they told me to return it to the shop I bought it from and gave me a brand new one in exchange and it works spot on very happy with them
