Root slime treating with beneficial tea

Used a beneficial microbe tea brewed in a separate bucket to treat a persistent clear slime. Its not usually bad enough to kill the plant but annoying having to h202 treat. Followed Heisenberg thread basically. After treating I have brown stuff that looks a bit like the dirt from the brew all over the roots. Unsure if this is the good bacteria at work or I have let organic material ( mud or molasses from brew) in the tank, no signs of I'll health from plants yet
