Wilma + Coco + Pebbles?

I have a Wilma system and 3 of my 4 plants are doing ok the 4th is not going very quickly and is not coping very well under the lights (veg mode probably turned on too quick because the others needed it).

I also had another seed crack much later and decided to put it in coco in a normal pot under a lamp on my desk. This plant has since been moved into the growtent (in the middle of the other pots) and is doing really well. So I am thinking of getting rid of the small unhealthy one and replacing it with the late starter.

Should I continue with coco (changing the dripper) or should I re-pot it with clay pebbles like the rest?

The lights are on 18/6 and the Wilma is currently feeding 3x a day, the instructions for the Wilma for this stage say 3-4 times for clay and 2-3 for coco but this is my first grow and I am really not sure what to do.

There is also a chance that some of these plants are male as well so maybe throwing away a save-able potential female for a potential male is a bad idea?

I have no idea how they work but I think coco would be better? Pebbles dry out really fast

Just for learning kind of thing I'm thinking coco little bit safer but wait for somebody who knows what they talking about lol

I'd keep it in coco and set your feeds for 3 times a day. You should be fine.
