Can someone identify this please?

Hi guys, as you can see something bad is going on but I dont know what it is. Also in the last photo you can see that some plants look great... the are all getting the same feed. I have got a very small gnat problem which I'm rectifying but what is this? Any help will be appreciated

Overwatered I think, hence gnats and nute problems

Try raising your oscalating fan so it aint blowing directly on your plants,I think it looks like a little wind burn,have it blowing between canopy and your light not directly at them and see if that makes a difference.
