Green fingered

Keeping a res mixed

Iv just bought a 47 liter reservoir that was supplied with a autopot system, 165mm (H) x 375mm (W)

The question is can i just get a cheap pump for £9 will it do the job and how often should it run?

I haven't got mine setup yet but have bought a Sicce Voyager for keeping the exact same res mixed.

How are you planning on refilling the res? I'm thinking I need to buy a pump to pump the water from a bucket into the res as a 25ltr bucket is VERY heavy...

@3potheads thanks for the reply, i ordered a cheap pump yesterday so im the same, im not setting my new stuff up until a northern lights and a critical orange punch finishes in 3 weeks. As for filling i was think of using a big watering can i have because i like to get the water from my kitchen tap so its not cold. But didn't think about the weight of it filled to honest Had contemplated getting a second res to fill and switch out.
