Cold and wet forecast for the next week, picking up a bit the week after but as slippy mentioned, where’s them 20’s at! Got a veg tent and a wardrobe bursting with seedlings ready to go in a couple weeks :chains:

Aye, but last year was far from typical weather. This seems a bit chilly but not unprecedented by any means.

Wet. For a few days at least. Also fairly cool nights coming over the next fortnight.

Fun times! lol

Gotta go check mine and either replace a few or try and squeeze the spares in if they're ok.

Between the rabbits, slugs and rain . I'll be buzzing if there's no losses.

We've had days of fog, heavy rain showers, but some sunshine too. Will be interesting to see what wee Joshua clone made of it all...

Of the Autos I put out .Only had a couple struggling. One didn't transition well (probably the move) and one that I may replace. But that had a big spiders nest in the roots. Tried to drown them with a couple litres of water.

I'll check them next week and take a replacement.

Have you got some struggling then?

Potentially yes , 4 autos , I'm relentlessly bad at growing them , they been out a week so early I'm waiting till end of this week ,but after one week they had gone light green not grown and looking like they're possibly on there way out .

Its either the heat or the soil is to heavy/hot had horse manure and coco.

Got some beans to replace them , will put photos in and pull up the soil mix and dump in 15/20 litres compo in each and use the existing medium as a mulch.

Still time to plant out last year ibplanted out June 28th ish and pulled it off.

Atb.

Sunshine is here finally. Looks set to stay for a while too. So why have I still got loads of seedlings under lights? :wallbash:

Don't think we have had rain for 10 days maybe more and nothing forecast for the next week at least.

I have managed to get water into my girls i got out so they taking full advantage found them all praying when i watered tonight.

Couple of good showers at night wouldn't go amiss though will save me work.

Bloody mental we not had a dribble of rain in over 2 weeks and just checked the next 10 days forecast and not a drop in sight.

And overnight temps are not what they should be yet.

Total opposite to what we usually get at this time of year which is wet warm and humid perfect for plant outs.
