One of music's greatest albums was released;

 

Although in my opinion not their best, the album is an essential. Not played it in years but still sounds fucking great.

@monkeypig I think Animals is their finest work, some would go for Meddle but it#s Animals for me :yep:

I prefer Animals as well mate

 

I would also play A Saucerful of Secrets',The Wall' and Wish You Were Here before I played Dark Side of The Moon

'Wish You Were Here and Animals hold a lot of memories for me but The Wall is a masterpiece imho It would be one of my Desert Island Albums

Yeah id say the wall, but dark side was a close second, 

 

Soucerful of secrets and meddle had something new about them for old stuff, but saying that, right at the other end is endless river thats quite good to,

I find it hard to get my head around the fact DSOM came before Wish you were here. To someone just born when it was released it sounds so much more modern.
