About 30 days into flower now. She's emptying her pot every 2 days.

I've been busy/distracted by other things but she seems to be doing okay.

@diyleduk could you please confirm how far above the main cola you would have the scope 375?

14" is the closest i would push it but it looks like whatever you have it at now is working well.

Lovely plant mate, personally idve tied those big colas down a bit if possible to get a bit more of an even canopy but that's just me.

She looks great.

If I ever try again I'll try some training :)

Can someone please confirm the above (upside down for some reason) is nothing to worry about?

Not sure why the pictures are twisted.

Some brown hairs coming through but seems early to me. I can't be more than 40 days into flower max. I'm going to get a magnifying glass thing ASAP x

I've been using:

Ph'd water +

0.75ml/litre liquid silicone

0.5ml/litre Cal mag

3ml/litre bloom A

3ml/litre bloom B

pH back to 5.8

+ a swig of liquid oxygen.

After 2 days top up the reservoir with the same mix.

2 days later another fresh batch of bytes.

The seeds have an advertised flower time of 8~9 weeks. So I'm 12 days away from the 8 weeks.

Plan to reduce all the nutes to 75% of current, then 50% then 25% then pain ph'd water till the trichomes look ready.

My only concern is taste and potency. And advice would be much appreciated. Should I quit the silicone now or the liquid oxygen?

You weren't wrong @michaeldbc a bit of persistence and jiggling n I could see the trichomes super clearly :)

Couldn't photo with it though but defo some brown headed trichomes. I would say only 1 or 2 percent brown atm.

Really wanna get the flush and chop timing as perfect as possible. As a noob I need more help. Without advice from UK420 I'd have wasted my time with a pissy light, pissy extractor n filter, she'd be dead from root rot or Cal def. So I'm being a :wanker: for asking for more......

Based on the above trichomes n pistils and a healthy Gorilla variety that has n advertised 8/9wk flower. Today being roughly 47 days since switching to 12/12 n me wanting potency and taste and not concerned about yield in DWC when should I switch to plain pH'd water? What % brown heads b4 the chop?

patience mate, they are 7 weeks from flip, so given nothing happens for the first week or two from flip, flower only truly starts from first pistils.

so going by that they are at most 6 weeks bloom. keep feeding them for another week or two, slowly reducing the ec.

then check trichs. if they are cloudy with some ambers, like 10% ambers, you can flush them for 5-7 days (I don't bother myself, and cant tell any difference to be perfectly honest).

then your good to chop and dry them, slowly for best flavour and smell etc.

and cut the silicone and cal mag from feeds, they wont need it now, just feed them A and B bloom nutes
