Decarboxylating with vapourizer

Like many of us with vapourizers I often use the residual vaped bud to make quite effective edibles...in fact I prefer the buzz from edibles to vaping....I'm wondering does anyone ever use their vapourizer just to decarboxylate a quantity of bud ie no vaping but just using a temperature and time appropriate for optimum decarboxylation to occur?...if so, what time/temp works best?

Have never tried this but i think you might be on to something.

I've previously vaped fresh bud on a low temp to dry it and decarb before smoking but never for edibles.

i always save my vape poo to  make edibles but sometimes if i'm in the company of joint smokers i make joints with it as a baccy substitute, so i always smoke it before using it lol

we have canna butter made for us sometimes by a guy who only uses the decarbed weed from his volcanoe vape ,my wife will tell ya ,its way stronger than the stuff we make ourselves but it tastes fuckin awful ,almost fishy sometimes .so we make another mid way batch thats half fresh material and half vaped bud ..its a good balance she finds
