New 6inch extraction fan

Hello guys!

I'm wondering if anyone has used the replica to the phresh 6inch extraction fan?

It has a controller with it to and it's only 90 quid.

Does anyone think this is a good buy or?

Also I'm using a mountain air 150/600 filter and wondering would this be okay to use with the filter also :)

Any answers will be appreciated!

All the best

Hey @Periodic it's on the bay buddie , looks just like the hyper fans by phresh but I think it's a German company , not too sure :)

It's called ' inline duct fan and speed controller

Searched that,nothing came up.

I have two Phresh hypers, 6" +  8"  they are made in China,

and tbh the build is nothing to shout about.

Fire is a big worry with unattended electricals, and dodgy components can definitely fail in non fun ways, I'm not convinced that the "genuine" Phresh are all that brilliant,-

But they do have a "brand" to protect, and  are identifiable if negligent.

If you order it and you don't like it you should be able to return it postage paid as "not of merchantable quality" eg.dangerous.

As much as I can say without seeing it,let us know what happens.:bong:

If you end up looking at other fans i highly recommend the Can max fan pro. Thats what I used in America and will use soon here. Its quiet and comes with built in 2 speed controller. Greens have it for £109.

I'm sure you'll like the Phresh,

they are solid and quiet, and the remote has about 15' of cable.

Below around 40% the 8" is quiet-and the 6" I expect to be inaudible when hung in a plasterboard/stud drobe.

Good luck:bong:
