wack an airstone in the tank and follow what @zen-ken said.

if i was you id stop pissing about with adatives and just go grow or bloom.

I would say this is your problem, 16 is too low and will cause the plants to droop as in your pics.

The gap between high and low is also not helping, aim for 18 - 21 and they should pick up.

Until you get this right nothing else will help with the symptoms they're showing

Cheers stu :) Il get a tank heater in there tommoro its 21 now..should I increase the nutrient strength now ? Or keep flushing? the solution has been at 0.3 all day I've got a tank mixed up ready its 1.3 e.c 5.7 ph

I'd follow the advice the others have already given, looks pretty sound to me. Once you stabilise the res temps things should pick up pretty quickly...:yep:
