lights off

could i feed while the light off and not have any problems cheers

Yes, but you don't want to disturb their night cycle so personally I'd recommend watering them 5 mins before lights off.

you can but its better to feed when the lights come on as they are waking up than in the dark,the roots will be wet and much colder in the dark if freshly watered

 

change your light cycle instead so you can feed when lights are on if thats the issue

If in flowering, use a green light so you don't disturb their dark period.....in veg it doesn't matter.
