Advice needed please.

Hi. Hoping to get some advice about best vaping system for medicinal use.

I currently take CBD oil, which takes the edge off my back pain and fibromyalgia pain, but I sometimes need a little more and resort to a joint in the evening to help me sleep.

I'm not a smoker, so I'm finding smoking it uncomfortable on the lungs and throat.

I'd like a reasonably priced vaping system that's easy to use & maintain.

As I understand it, vaping is more efficient, so you use less?

Being disabled means I'm on a budget, especially as I'm paying out for the CBD oil as well.

Thanks in advance.

vaping certainly gives you more bang for your buck

That's why I was hoping for advice on vaping, as I understand its less harsh on the lungs and a more effective/efficient use of the plant?

If edibles are as effective and are an efficient use I'd be interested in some info - this is all new ground for me, so haven't got much of a clue really.

Hi Soupdragon

I am a non smoker and would never smoke a spliff these days, I gave up smoking anything 20 years ago and only came back to the herb 5 years ago and grew my own. I found edibles great but it is so hard to get the dosage right so tried vaping and it is so much better - easier on the lungs, easy to dose and really efficient. Just dont get a cheap vape, look for one with an isolated airpath.

I'm no expert on vaping but I found the vapcap m a great intro back into vaping.

Cheap too at £50.

It does sound like edibles are a good plan for the op :yep:
