I'm qualified to work in this environment.

I dont believe you are, no offence but test and inspection technicians (they are not not engineers btw) work on fixed wiring, to design products is a completely different ball game all together there are so many different areas it isnt possible to get a qualification that covers it all, best you can do is get a degree and specialise in the area you are working in

Misrepresenting yourself is as cheap as it gets

I have a handful of relevant qualifications. Where is this building site stuff even coming from?

Seriously.. Not going to bother. There hasn't been a single issue raised by anyone. It's just pages of crap.

Sorry to those that understand the result is in. I feel brow beat by people with more imagination than merit. I can't be arsed now.

Don't make outrageous claims that you are a test and inspection engineer.

1. 2391 is not a B.eng

2. If you had an engineering degreee there is no way you would build something with so many inherent design issues, and they post a picture expecting a round of applause.

Does that plastic give off any VOCs? at what temperature ?

What temperature cables ares you using ? any thermal breakdown will exhibit as short to earth at best? will that trip you rcd and turn off your room? Or just sit as an exposed live part until your finger finds it :P

Good luck mate, LEDs are win.
