I'm not sure m8 but I personally would not use that much perlite in coco as it already has very good drainage.

What coco you using and what are you feeding them?

Thats too much perlite bud. A decent handful in about 10L is grand if you must use it.

Get the next feed to half strength and water just enough until run off.

What's your extraction set up?

Repotting is a good idea. They will thrive if you can get good air exchange in thier enviroment, CF for when they are adult plants and for flowering.

Hi mate never heard of the coco or nutes your using. Sometime coco has as high salt content if it's not washed. Give it some sort of root booster and see if it improves.

Hey Mate,

Just to add to pungent's post I've been in coco for a while (Plant Magic or Canna), in a squeeze I ordered some bricks and they nearly killed my plants with salt, it wasn't the brand that you have but they can hide a fair bit in pressed bricks.

Hope you get things sorted.

C.

e2a They were Nature's Footprint 650g bricks really bad.

Yes I found some cheap coco in a highstreet shop, bargain at £1 for 10 litres, was full of summat that my seedlings didn't like and caused me allsorts of issues later on, usual rule of thumb is flush with 3x the volume of medium, ie: use 30 litres of water for a 10 litre block of coco (or other pot/soil/etc) to be sure its clear of salt or other stuff. Bear in mind for potting up established plants you want to flush with some weak added feed to ensure the plants don't starve or regular strength for large established plants, if they are seeds/seedlings with or without a root plain water is ok though as the seed contains food enough for a few days to a week or so depending on the strain and growth rates. Only way to tell if it has 'contaminants' is to rehydrate the coco and check run off with an EC or PPM meter though some coco will have coloured run off like weak brown tea/coffee indicating something is washing out even if its just fine coco dust.

Watch the first round leaves (cotyledons) very closely early on as they will start to go yellow when the plant needs the first feed.
