It's that time of the year again guys. The couple of trees across my road are about to give me about 4kg of cherries. If you have patience you can get loads of food. If you're worried about insects maybe just freeze and make some pies or something.

I mentioned it in the "What's for tea" thread, but wild garlic is just starting to sprout in the woods around here....:)

Lovely in burgers, or dauphinoise, or anything that benefits from a garlicky, peppery kick. :yep:

Nettle tops will be appearing soon too, lovely steamed with some new potatoes and plenty of butter. :)
