yellowing leaves... What to do?

So opened up to feed today and was greeted to see my plants going yellow mostly on the bottom leaves.

I haven't trimmed them at all and they are getting pretty bushy so I'm hoping this problem is an easily solvable one e.g. giving it a trim or maybe water less/more.

I water about once every 3 days and my watering cycle goes like this. (day 1. nutes, day 4. nutes, day 7. nutes, day 10. Ph'd water 6.5-ish)

here's pics of the problem, advice would be appreciated if you know what the problem is.

hi mate, this is where it gets tricky yellow means sick, could be loads of things. I would pick off anything that looks sick and get rid( in case you have a virus--rust etc) Then make sure you are not over under feeding, watering, heating, venting. Then start finding out about things like cannacure and related products. Can you disinfect your room? Don't despair though its a tough old weed and even plants not 100% healthy can make good bud.Good luck and happy gardening Muddy

I think I might've been under feeding them, All three tend to share 2.27l of water. I think I was worried of over feeding that I over compensated. what's a good measurement of how much to feed individually?

An 11ltr pot should need about 3-4ltrs and watered with a wet/dry cycle

IE. Water/feed when 80% dry and water slowly until you get a decent run off(full saturation)

Also feed every time you water
