Lighting for my cuttings and fresh sprouters

New to growing and I have a question! Will a 125cfl be sufficient light for my new sprouters and cuttings to flourish in their beginnings? I intend on just using a 600w dual spectrum HPS to then take over when they are strong enough through veg/flower? Or should I stretch my already tight budget and get a 250cfl and a MH bulb because my ballast wll run them too? will the advantages be drastically noticeable

A 600w HPS should still allow me to veg/flower my plants so they are kick ass.....right?

The 125w a should be ok for the first week or two , keep it nice an close with a fan blowing inbetween the plant tops and the light

Good luck
