Ordering direct from Dutch Passion

You can order Dutch Passion seeds directly from our website or from one of our many resellers. These days lots of people order directly from us. This explains how you do that and why it is a good idea

a) Order direct for the freshest seeds. When you order from us you get the freshest seeds which have been stored correctly

b) New varieties and special offers are available on our website before anywhere else

c) You get our personal guarantee on the seeds. Just keep your order reference number which you can refer to if you have any problems. Some websites will sell you seeds but then their responsibility ends. We have built a good reputation for supporting our customers, many of our customers buy regularly from us as a result.

You can use any of the usual credit/debit cards on the website. Just choose the variety and seed quantities you want to add to your shopping cart and then it is an easy 3-step process to pay.

Step1. Account details. You can either log in if you are a regular customer and have previously registered their details with us. Or if you do NOT not want to register on our website, and just want to make a one-off purchase that is OK too.

Step2. Confirm your order is exactly what you want

Seeds are usually shipped on the day we receive the order. Seeds will take about 3 days in the post to most European destinations, the postcode will be Dutch but will NOT (normally) be from Amsterdam.

Orders placed over the weekend won’t be shipped until the first working day. Seeds will normally be shipped in a sturdy, slim, unmarked cardboard box. This box will fit through your letterbox and will have no external ‘Dutch Passion’ logo. Normally the box will not need signing for unless you ticked the ‘recorded delivery’ box. If the order is over €150 we automatically send these by recorded delivery and it will need a signature.

The webshop automatically applies a 10% discount to orders over €500, a 15% discount to orders over €1,000 and a 20% discount to orders over €2,000.
