 Get two Thai business partners, retain a Thai lawyer and take plenty of cash. Now is the time to do it. Arjan, Berner, pure-sativa etc, quite a few westerners already have things in place, the best time to get into any business is to establish a foothold at the beginning.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, as a westerner you can't own more than 49% of a biz in LOS.

Yeah I was thinking of getting a thai business visa doing it that way. But I'll probably do this Start of next year so I will be a bit late. Will try to setup as a small producer nothing huge. The weather over there is amazing... I'm thinking of doing it in greenhouses mostly...
