  1. Hey All, Apologies for my tardiness, Firstly, a big thank you to the Sweet Seeds Team, who very kindly agreed to swap some of their fine genetics in return for a diary showing some low quality photography (i will try), and limited grow knowledge. Usually grow clones, photos, in coco. But for this I'll be going seeds, autos, in soil. My goal is to get some plants to the finish line and to have the final pics in one of those fancy border things that the winners seem to be using Have to say the quality and variations of grow in this comp are absolutely fantastic, likewise the pics, been spending far too much time reading other peoples diaries and not doing mine... So off we go and welcome to: KEEP IT SWEET SEEDS: A Clumsy Attempt To Grow Some Green. (Photo by Sweet Seeds) Selected Strain: BlackJackAuto Plant Numbers: 4 Style: Compost 3rd generation autoflowering strain. Autoflowering version of our Black Jack® (SWS01). This is the result of the cross between our 2nd generation S.A.D. Sweet Afgani Delicious Auto® (SWS24) and our Jack Herer elite clone. This high-quality autoflowering strain features dense buds and outstanding resin production. Pungent sweet aroma with earthy tones. Fast flowering, strong effect and superb hybrid vigor. EQUIPMENT So as the title suggests this will be a pretty basic grow with light, dirt and food. The gear will be whatever I haven't broken a fair bit's been bumped around in a few moves as I'm just finding out. TENT The four plants will be in a Hydrolab 90x160 unless I get planning permission to put up my 120, but currently in temporary location, so unlikely but I live in hope. POTS 250ml-ish then on to final 8ltr LIGHT Maxibright T5 Lightwave then HPS 250 Dual Spectrum in 80cm white parabolic, Lumatek 250-400w dimmable ballast, Grasslin segmented timer. EXTRACTION Is a CanFan RKW100L built in temp control with matching CarboAir filter, these filters are pretty noisy. HEATING BioGreen Heat Mat AIR CIRCULATION RAM Eco Fan (too big for this tent), will try and grab a clip on at some point. MEDIUM Origins Organic Compost (not SA approved, organic?) made the mistake of looking at the no-till guy's diaries before going to the garden centre, God bags of compost look lifeless and boring in comparison. Keep up the good work no-tillers, love browsing through your miniature worlds of a morning. FEED Intense Nutrients Organix Grow and Bloom Seaweed Extract Tap Water STARTING OFF Seeds were soaked for 24 Hrs ... First Clumsy moment, I put the glass on the cooling radiator when I went to bed, rad came back on in the middle of the night, oops. Feared the worst but put them in some pots with cling film. Nothing for two days, convinced myself i'd killed them so wet the next four pips. Had a little poke in the first pots, the seeds had sprouted but i'd used some seedling compost on top of the Origins which had caked a bit and was hampering them, think they would have made it in another day or so. Note to self Be patient!!! Covered them back up, not so deep, and the next day 3 from 4 had popped up. 2nd set of soaked seeds (36hrs) were put into cling film pots One of the original four didn't make it, user error Day1 - T5 Three seedlings under T5 with back-ups underneath. Day3 All four "back-ups" have broken surface in quick time, . And a closer shot of the earlier three That's it for now, happy growing to all, and good luck to those doing Sweet Seed diaries, be back soon. C.
  2. Sweet Pure CBD® The first “CBD-pure” cannabis strain from Sweet Seeds®, with very low levels of THC, generally under 1%, and high levels of Cannabidiol (CBD), specially designed to satisfy the needs of therapeutic cannabis users who prefer to avoid the psychoactive effects of THC. Sweet Pure CBD® (SWS65) features a THC:CBD ratio of between 1:15 and 1:20, with levels of THC standing between 0,4% and 1% and CBD levels of around 8-15%. Such low levels of THC and high CBD turn our Sweet Pure CBD® into a cannabis plant with imperceptible psychotropic effects. With these high levels of CBD, therapeutic cannabis users can get an extra benefit from the medicinal properties of CBD. This strain is the result of two generations of autopollination (S2) of a CBD-rich clone with ancestors from the Diesel family. The aroma of this strain is sweet and fruity, with mandarine citrus tones and soft fresh hints of cypress. The plants present Indica-Sativa hybrid structure with Sativa predominance. Data Sheet Variety SWS65 Indica: 40% / Sativa: 60% THC:CBD Ratio: (1:15-1:20) Indoor Yield: 400-500 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 375-600 g/plant Indoor Blooming: 9 weeks Outdoor Harvest: late September

  4. Sweet Gelato Auto® 5th generation autoflowering strain. Autoflowering version of one of the most powerful and famous American lines, coming from the San Francisco Bay (California): Gelato (Sunset Sherbet x Girl Scout Cookies “Thin Mint”) is one of the most appreciated exponents of the Cookies family, featuring excellent aroma and high production of THC. In order to introduce the autoflowering genes in Sweet Gelato Auto® (SWS76) we used our Killer Kush Auto® (SWS56) which was itself developed with OG Kush genetics. The result is an autoflowering genetic featuring sweet and fruity aroma with a strong Kush presence, including earthy and woody tones leaning to dried fruit (hazelnuts) and soft touches of mint and citrus. This plant develops dense buds with high production of big-sized trichomes. Data Sheet Variety SWS76 Indica: 44,2% / Sativa: 55% / Ruderalis: 0,8% THC: 18-23% · CBD: 0,1% Indoor Yield: 375-500 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 50-175 g/plant Indoor/Outdoor harvest: 8 weeks from germination Height: 60-100 cm
  5. Do-Sweet-Dos® This strain was developed from selected female elite clones of Do-Si-Dos. Do-Si-Dos [OGKB (Girl Scout Cookies x Unknown Strain) x Face-Off OG BX1] is one of the most relaxing and delicious hybrids from the Cookies family. The Face-Off OG genetic that intervenes in the original cross contributes with mainly indica tendency to the resulting hybrid. The global qualities of the plant, such as aroma, taste, resin production and size of calyxes are reminiscent of its ancestor Girl Scout Cookies. The aroma of Do-Sweet-Dos® (SWS80) is sweet with earthy hints, along with spicy, citrus and floral tones. The effect is gentle, relaxing and powerful at the same time. This strain is highly appreciated in medical cannabis dispensaries in California and it is used to reduce pain, migraines, anxiety, insomnia, etc. Data Sheet Variety SWS80 Indica/ Sativa: 65%/35% THC: 17-24% · CBD: 0,1% Indoor Yield: 450-550 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 350-500 g/plant Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks Outdoor Harvest: mid October
  6. Hello sisters and brothers. I start an ultraorganic crop. Without growshop products. Only lentils and canary seed, to create rooting. Spirulina, Peruvian maca, brewer's yeast, molasses, nori seaweed, neutral gelatin, and banana tea, to make various fertilizers. Propolis as fungizide and lemon juice to lower the ph. I will use Atazyme de Atami and Cal & Mag from Advanced nutriens for watering moments only with water. The water is osmotized with pH 8.2, which low with lemon juice up to 6.0 / 6.2. With ec's 0.002. The substrate is Atami Light Mix soil. In pots of 7 liters, in indoor of 80x80 with hps 400W. Ventilation and extraction. That's all folks.
  7. Sweet Cheese XL Auto® 3rd generation autoflowering strain. Tall-stemmed version of our Sweet Cheese Auto® (SWS33). Sweet Cheese XL Auto® (SWS77) was developed through a recurrent selection programme of tall-stemmed and high production specimens of Sweet Cheese Auto® along multiple generations. This genetic produces taller plants than its predecessor, with an equally higher production of flowers and resin. Preserves the intense and characteristic remarkably sweet Skunk aroma of Sweet Cheese® (SWS19), with tones of matured spicy cheese and a soft touch of lemon. This autoflowering option allows us to enjoy the excellent quality of Sweet Cheese® fruits in only 8 weeks after the germination of the seeds. Data Sheet Variety SWS77 Indica: 35,6% / Sativa: 61,3% / Ruderalis: 3,1% THC: 15-20% · CBD: 0,1% Indoor Yield: 375-600 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 45-190 g/plant Indoor/Outdoor Harvest: 8 weeks from germination Height: 75-140 cm

  10. Chem Beyond Diesel®, C.B.D. This CBD-rich strain consists of a genetic coming from the USA and it is the result of the cross between one of the most famous and outstanding American strains, a Chem Dawg and a CBD-rich European genetic of American ancestors from the Diesel family. The THC:CBD ratio of this strain stands between 1:1 and 1:2, making it a strain rich in CBD (Cannabidiol). The tastes and aromas of this strain are delicious and typically American, very intense and loaded with some shades of aromas, with sweet and woody tones, a touch of lemon and shades of aromatic peppers and spices, with an outlying but delicious background that stands beyond the characteristic aroma of the Diesel family. The plants grow with the appearance of an Indica-Sativa hybrid with Indica predominance, with a big main cola and generous production of side branches, creating large and dense plants with an abundant bud production. This strain produces a colossal amount of highly aromatic resin, excellent for extractions. 19. Hey guys thanks for stopping by, Just wondering if anyone knows or has had any experience with sweet seeds auto's outside in UK, thinking of starting up over the next week or so, and harvesting around august time. I really like strains with fruity flavours so ideally would like to do some of that description. As it can get pretty bloody humid and/or rainy in the UK over summer, I was wondering which sweet seeds auto's fare best in our climate and environment, anyone had experience with any? or any other auto's that do well for that matter The one's I've had my eye on are... cream mandarine xl dark devil crystal candy sweet nurse cbd green poison sweet skunk red poison Thanks for reading and happy growing/smoking!!

  22. Hi everyone! I hope you are well I have some pictures from my last grow with Crystal Candy Auto® (SWS61) and I believe it’s time to share them with all of you. Let’s beginning with their first days but stay tuned because I will sharing more pictures and a little video very soon Hope you like them, and you can try her in your next grow. I’m in love with her!! Crystal Candy Auto® (SWS61) 4th Generation autoflowering strain. This is the result of the cross between our Crystal Candy® (SWS58) and an autoflowering variety with very similar aromatic tones, the Sweet Special Auto (SWS35). This strain was developed within a special programme of the Sweet Seeds®’ R&D Department focused on the search for curious, exquisite and subtle sweet aromas that evoke aromatic sensations of candy shop. The aroma of this variety is sweet and fruity, with tones of chewing gum and fruit jellies, mixed with hints of acid strawberry and mature melon. This strain is a great producer of aromatic resin crystals and also a large producer of beautiful buds. It features a big size for an autoflowering variety, producing plants that easily exceed one meter of height. Data Sheet Variety SWS61 Indoor Yield: 400-600 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 50-300 g/plant Indoor/Outdoor Harvest: 8 weeks from germination Height: 70-130 cm Thanks for passing by, Sweet smokes! jaypp
