  1. Help me please, I need suggestions for what ingredients to buy, I'm on my own now. Yes I know one can live on beans on toast for a year but I need to be a fully functioning working productive human being. I'm up against it, I would appreciate some decent advice and broken links. chears Till I get back in feet that live in privacy I cant grow sod all. E2a omnivorous diet preferred unless cheaper alternative (for packing on protein as my new job is demanding some superficial skin repairs and slight adjustment to muscle growth.) is available. I really never thought being veggie or vegan would be cheaper but I could mix in a half hearted effort if it saves Dough a budget as low as possible would be good, I have to work hard 6 days a week, shifts, work down from £200 cos that's what I think I'm spending now and seem to be going in the wrong direction to get out of the red... I have no TV.
