Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and someone gave me a clone plant to grow from very early stages. It's in Veg stage and I need to wait on my new light arriving on the 29th. (Fuck amazon and coronavirus) I need help on which leaves and bits are teh right ones to cut away for the lollipopping stage as I am told. Youtube confuses me so much that I have no idea what these crazy yanks are saying. I am wondering how I can attach photos to let you know how it's doing. I have cut off some obvious lower leaves n bits etc but 1 small leaf has holes and wear n tear in it. My plant has no bugs at all but today I found a tiny fuckin spider web on it. A part was open on the tent which is now closed (air duct area that wasn't in use) The web was so tiny but I am angry and stressed because the people who were helping me are ignoring me now. I really need help as I am super beginner and only doing this because I am in agonizing pain everyday of my life. I would really appreciate the help as I am super new, scared to death of fucking it all up as I cannot afford to mess it up. Plus buying it is to expensive. Any help is super appreciated please.

Hey so I’ve just spotted a few of these balls on my plant. I’m around 2-3 weeks away from harvest and I’m literally freaking out now Here’s the balls ive seen and here’s my plant would it be better just to chop it down now before the pollen spreads ? Or should I just see it out for the next few weeks?

hey guys , im 4 weeks into flower and i've just noticed a few browning leaves near my buds , the rest of the plant is looking fairly healthy ... the humidity is always within range 40-50% just wondering if there are some expert eyes in here could give me ideas on if this is the start of bud rot , or if its something else and i'm just being paranoid ?

Evening UK420, this is my first post. This Is also my first grow, I’ll get straight to it I’ve got a flexi tank which I fill with water, I let it stand for 24 hours whilst pumping air into it with air stones and an air pump, I ph my water to 6.5-6.8 just before watering and I’m growing in soil. I’ve been told to water using water that is 18-20°C, how does everyone maintain this temperature ? Also I bought a tank heater however it’s made for fish tanks so was wondering what heaters do you use to heat the water ? Also I noticed my humidifier has been hooked up to a tank of water that’s got algae running through it I’ve since drained, cleaned and replaced with fresh water but will the couple of days that it was running with dirty water affect my grow ? lots of questions, I know. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help with anything

So I started my first grow of royal queen seeds critical auto, i am growing 3 plants in a 4ftx2ft tent with a 450w viparspectra light, rhino 150mm carbon filter and an extractor fans. During the first week, I thought everything was fine and thought they were growing pretty quickly until I looked at some grow diaries of other people's critical autos. On day 4 I started feeding it: 2ml CalMag, 2ml Micro, 4ml bloom up until around day 15, they were all getting roughly 100ml each per day. I think I have been overfeeding it quite a bit and may have stunned the growth I'm not sure. If I have stunned the growth with overfeeding do I need to flush the plants or can I just go into a normal schedule? Right now i am feeding the same amount but every 3/4 days with a normal watering of ph water in between Light schedule - 18/6 4 DAYS ON FEEDING SCHEDULE [DAY 8] 10 DAYS ON FEEDING SCHEDULE [DAY 14] Day 14 was the day I realized i am probably overfeeding so have changed the feeding schedule since day 14. 4 DAYS AFTER CHANGING FEED SCHEDULE [DAY 18] If anyone knows if i am doing anything wrong or anything i could do to improve anything in general please let me know. Hey guys, i'm running into a bit of a problem , or so i think. First time growing autos. I have 2 Auto Diesel Haze growing. One has started to be real droopy with purple veins on the leaves and the leaf stems. The main stems are still green. The other one has green leaves , so i'm wondering where i'm going wrong. At first I thought i was over watering as I did start to get some fungus Gnats so i've been letting it dry out a little more before watering but the droop continues Set Up 1x1x2m tent Lights 2 x SpiderFarmer SF2000s 18/6 Medium : Coco Nutrients : Dutch Pro Auto Bloom A/B 30ml/10L , DP Explode 10ml/10L Pot Size : 20L watering everyday/every other day depending on how dry the soil is ..... average watering 5Ltrs Sorry if i've left anything out , i'm really stuff here ... oh heres some photos

Hey Guys. newbie here. I’m doing a small grow and I’ve hit the flowering stage. my leaves have started going very light green /yellow and started to turn downwards. im not sure if I have a deficiency or over watered. ive attached a couple pics. im using Dutch Pro Auto Flower Nutrients. I think I’ve left changing over from grow to bloom feeds too late. (they’ve only had 2 feeds of bloom) Now I know I over watered on during the veg stage but I thought I got back on track with it. One is considerably larger than the other but they’ve both started to bud. I'm using the Dutch Pro Auto Flower bloom at EC 1.6 any help advice ?

Hello everyone, I have been having an "issue" lately. Last few weeks some of my lower leaves (mostly the ones that don't get too much light) start to turn brown/yellow and fall on their own. What can this be? ( N or P problem? ) I might be over-watering: 3L of water with organic nutes in 15L pots. I am getting around 30% runoff instead of 20%. Should i water with less water for starters? Also some red/purple stems are present.

Hello everyone! As i am in the first week of flowering ( week 9 ) on my fourth organic soil grow I am experimenting and trying new techniques. One such technique is defoliation. I did have two very small defoliation sessions during the veg period but i was too scared to remove many leaves (not even close to 20% of each plant). I did some research and growers do defoliate during flower as well (which is something i thought was not to be done). I will attach 3 pictures so you can have an idea of what is going on in my grow tent and maybe some of you can help!

Hello there my fellow uk420ers, I'm looking at starting my 1st gro. I've got mostly everything I need but I'm just abit stumped on environment control, I'm not sure what to get to keep my room running at constant ideal temps\humidity and as far as I understand these are some of the most important things to have spot on! So any advice from you pro's would be really appreciated and if you need to know the equipment+room size I'm using to give me a definitive answer feel free to ask

Hello, hoping someone has come across this before, hydro rdwc system, plants were looking a little droopy, not all of them about half, so I changed out res. Noticed a little bit of algae in the res, not the pots, so decided to add a little bleach to kill it. I added maybe 0.25 ml per litre , if that, which was about 1/3rd to 1/2 a tea cup full to 600 litres. Feeds, temps ph were 0.8ec, 26-29 degrees and 6.1ph. I changed the res and added grow nutes, 1.1 litres, calmag 200ml ish, same of silicone . Went in today they look like shite, water temps at change was 10 degrees, now this morning back to 18. Roots are fine, nice and white, no signs of any rot, pyth ets, and no signs of any beasts munching on them either im thinking its maybe the bleach, what do you think. quite a few crispy leaves, and with the strange shading between the veins, looks kinda greyish. The thing is they looked a bit droopy before I changed the res...…...arghhhhhhhhhh Anyone got a clue, cos I don't?

Good morning, Iknow this has been covered 1000 times but after spending 2 weeks searching I still can't find the answer I need Iv wired the stc 1000 to the step transformer and it works great for controlling the temp but I need to wire in the relay so I can have the fan ticking over then when the heat hits 30 fe full speed kicks in and sucks it back down to 26 I have an 8 pole relay and tried to follow the diagram in a previous post but was unsure Hopw some one can help us Cheers 420

Evening all, I’m trying to do as much research as I can before I start a grow. i was wondering if anyone knows how to get a high CBD and very low THC plant. Do I have to get specific seeds? A certain method of growing? my work industry is incredibly hot on drug testing but I take CBD for health issues and it helps, but it can be quite expensive and I’d like to have a go and growing my own

Hi guys so I have a 4" Rhino Hobby Filter and a 4" RAM Mixed Flow Inline fan, these are a result of buying before researching... My tent size is a Budbox Pro 75x75x160cm I have a DIYLEDUK Scope 220 I was going to upgrade my filter to a 5" Mountain air with a 5" to 4" duct reducer to match my current fan although I may just buy a matching 5" fan (If there are better carbon filters please say, I would rather buy one that will last a good time) Any advice on a quiet 4 or 5" fan or would my money be better spent on a speed controller? I will be using negative pressure with the passive intakes open, covered with cooker hood filter to prevent light leaks so I don't think I require a twin speed fan as I only need to control the speed of the extraction fan (If this helps make a difference in price) I could also purchase acoustic ducting or phonic trap acoustic ducting if these are worth the money if anybody has experience with these Thanks a lot!

Hi guys, so heres a little back story of this plant... I started researching months ago and buying equipment, I had around 60 "bagseeds" (Random seeds in bits of random weed that I picked out and stored in a zip lock bag for around 2 years.) I picked 6 of the biggest looking seeds in the bag and decided to put them in coco(This was the only medium I had at the time and was just to see if they would germinate in this) all was fine a week later I had 5 seedlings 1 never made it 1 out of 5 was very small so I threw it out and was left with 4 which I had in a tent under a Viparspectra 300w After research and advise I returned this cheap LED as I could still get my money back and invested in a Scope 220 from @Diyleduk The plant was around 1 week old under the Viparspectra before I returned it then I had these plants living on a south facing window sill for 2-3 weeks Once the Scope arrived I had it under that which was already approx this size. It was started in coco and potted up into Biobizz Allmix when it was on the window sill I have been practicing with some training techniques as I am a first time grower it has been nice to have an 'experimental' plant to play with as I can almost be as rough as I like with it to see how the plant reacts (FIM and LST) This was the plant 1 week later, today I noticed the leaf was looking a bit stripy and funny and was wondering if this could be signs of MG deficiency (This plant is around 4 week old I believe) and looking back at the previous photo I can see that stripey effect starting 3 days before this photo I fed the plant 0.25ml of Biobizz Grow and Vitalink Cal Mag in 500ml of water and it drank all of this Today before I took this photo I fed the plant 0.25ml of Grow only (Plant took around 400ml before I had any run out then stopped as soon as I seen water) Temps have been sitting around 23-25 in the day time with a high of 28 and the lowest it has been was 18.9 for a night which I sorted out and my lowest temp since has been 20.05 (lights off) Lights have been around 22-24" from the top of plants and dimmed to around 110-140 Watt Thanks guys sorry if I have missed anything please ask if I did!!

This question has been asked over and over again by many people and I am sure most people are sick of reading this but this issue is driving me crazy and I can't find a solution. I may close these up completely and feed a length of ducting through the inlet socks at the bottom of tent with a few bends in the ducting and black tights over each end. My question was if I do this what size of ducting would be good enough for the right amount of negative pressure ( I don't want to use an intake fan ) My tent is 75x75x160 Budboxpro I have a 4" Mixed Flow RAM inline fan 160/200 m3/hr Or if anyone has a link to an item like cooker hood filters or aquarium foam that would work and fit that I can buy (I have attempted to make a cardboard baffle which took me hours before I realised the box was not big enough height wise to cover the mesh over the passive intakes on the tent (flaps on the outside) And now I have no more big boxs So I am really not sure what to do, drop me a private message if you have any links to suitable equipment that can fix my problem as you can't post links on this website Any pictures of your lightproofing methods would be greatly appreciated also! If you use a baffle/cooker hood filter over your intakes could you please show a picture that could help me ? Thanks a lot!

Hello, need help! I am on a budget and gonna run 90cm x 60cm x 160cm tent with probably 8 girls in 2gal pots and I want max I can get. I need somewhat round 400gr per harvest. Let's say my max budget about 150£. I can get VIPARSPECTRA V600 which is 250Watts for 90-100 quid, plus I have another vipar R300 (~120Watt) and I got around 0.8g per watt on my first run with vipar and loads of fails, so... I started looking to those cheap COB's, one's on amazon Hipargero 800W which doesn't cost too much too... Good reviews and so, but I am afraid that vipar can perform better (good reviews and my results too). I was looking at qbs but 240Watts qb are too expensive atm, maybe for next grow or smth like that... Or maybe it's possible to build something by myself quickly and more efficient ant silent for that amount of money? Thank you people!!!

What I can't seem to find out is; I'm growing from seed in a propagator- Do I have the light on, or does that go on once they're seedlings? Do I keep it in a dark place or put it in the greenhouse while it's still seeds? Thanks so much

Afternoon all, right I’m after some help with a controller a friend gave me it’s a old unit but I can’t seem to figure it out for the life of me. I’m not sure if it matters which fan goes into which socket but I’ve plugged my carbon extraction into the bottom and my intake into the right hand side socket, they are not marked with anything and the tent has got negative pressure. Problem is both fans both seem to be running on very minimum even when the lights are on. I’ve set the dial to 26/27c and my external thermometer is reading 32 when lights come on but the fans do not kick onto full power ,which then the temps start to climb. I’ve had to just plug the fans directly into the wall and have them on full power constantly which is not ideal for when lights go off. Does anyone have experience with these as local shop said he’s not seen this unit and wants me to buy a new one. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, I'm reaching out to the community for a bit of help, I'm a novice grower with only around 5 small crops to date. I seem to be doing ok with the growing side of things but am really struggling to get the hang (no pun intended) of the drying and curing process! I am chopping my plants removing fan leaves and then hanging them to dry this time around I purchased a hygrometer to monitor RH and temps was sitting at around 53-58% varied day by day but never went above or below that range and was at a steady temperature of 18-20 degrees. The plants are hanging for around 12 days before achieving a snap on the smaller stalks at which time I am removing the buds from the main stalk proceeding with the final trim to tidy them up and jarring them. Once jarred I am burping for 5 mins each day and rotating the buds around the jar for two weeks all the way up to 1 month sampling the buds at different intervals and I cannot seem to achieve a nice smelling bud. I will lift it out of the jar and it smells really earthy and grassy, once ground up it let's off a much better aroma but still not how it should. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong or if there is any other method I could try to achieve the results I am aiming for. Sorry for such along post but wanted to answer all the obvious questions in my post rather than just saying 'weed don't smell right' and thank you all in advance for taking the time of reading and hopefully helping out with a few tips along the way happy growing and stay high Tastebudz420
