    Well to be honest @stickyblack a press is going to be making an appearance in my shed in the not to distant future, I already have the pid controller and a heat sensor, an old toasted cheese maker, so nearly there, thanks for your comments.Jj

    Nice job dude I have a vac chamber (although prefab'd, ~12L iirc) from when i use to run bho. Collecting dust now sadly since i put abit of money into building a press. I love rosin as being solventless, but theres something about a well purged butane extraction that i miss.

    Yes @stickyblack mate, consists of a 5 inch square Pyrex type dish with a thick plastic lid, with a tyre valve through the lid,reinforced with a alloy plate, holds vac for at least 5 hours, I haven't had to leave it any longer. That is using a standard mityvac, maxes out at 34hg.

    its a lot tidier now (check the pic with the header still in the tent)...still cable tying and making the chiller not shake the foundations. You lot are making me a better, cleaner gardener .....I have my enthusiasm back talking to like minded folks like yourself and cant wait to start making my own medicine. This site has taught me everything I know about the 'craft' and I thank the site for that. my best to you and yours Ken

  17. i have had the gg#4 now for 2 years now . get some potsil,for the stems . if no silcone is used then she is a bit of a floppy bitch with every nug needing support . the one i have on the go now she has had potsil up to the end of week 3 . she is upright with no support @day 42
