  1. I saw Mark post on Instagram that his missus has passed away. I was mortified when I read it and saw the lovely pics he posted of her. The poor guy must be really going through the mill right now. Over the years he has helped hundreds of us so I feel it is time to repay the favour and send some good vibes his way as I’m sure he could use some right now ATB Mark my thoughts are with you at this terrible time.

Red Mandarin FV by Sweet Seeds (also featured in Grown In The Garden thread). 85% plant and leave, no cages or slug defence, real raggamuffin, just a little water (3 times @ 5L with some food). Rabbits had dug the soil next to the stem and dug up a percentage of roots, but RedMFV ain't bothered at all, the rabbits ate alot of my Crystal Candy FV and Jamaican Dream but they didn't seem to like the Mandarin, wabbit proof!! Fucking bullet proof @ 53 Lat is this strain, see how she fairs against mold in a few weeks at maturity. Smells like proper Madarins too. A real winner so far Starting to get red calyx. They say at Sweet Seeds the resin glands/trichs can turn red too....

MWF Sown - May 9th. Harvested - Main cola 14th September, rest of plant 18th September. Grown in a pop up greenhouse against S facing wall in garden, cover removed once flowers developed. Mould - <1%. This strain shows great resistance to mould (raspberry covered in mouldy berries during flower just a few feet away..), has a lovely structure, great leaf/bud ratio. Lovely hues of purple and red developing over the last week, as well as a strong smell of strawberries and cream. She smokes very well straight out of the dry box without a cure. Tastes of strawberries and a little skunky, stinks when grinded, fills a room with an aroma that arouses the senses of even the novice cannabis user.

  28. Dear Blackpool Gazette. This isn't news. This isn't a drug story. This is an awful family tragedy, this doesn't need to be printed in a newspaper for neighbours to gossip and drool over. The family have had an awful experiance and in no way will printing it in a newspaper do them any good. It's things like this, times like this, that people need their privacy. My heart goes out to the family involved. R.I.P. little fella

  30. Dfg has produced the tastiest bud I've grown outdoors to date. There's one pheno in particular tho that has the most intense lemon sherbet smell that fully transfers to the taste, and wit a long cure (4-6 months) will lose the sharpness of the sherbet and develop a musky, mildly spicy but ultimately deep lemony flavour.. that for me is wen it's at it's best. And the finished product looks great too.. Last yr.. this yr so far..it's great how many decent outdoor strains are available to us these days. Dfg is rite up there for me. Will go down as a geurilla classic like passion#1 or serious 6 imo. So glad there's people out there developing this shit so lazy fuckers like myself have decent genetics to grow. Peace

  33. QUEEN'S CANDY #8 73 days Lost three of her sisters to major testicle issues but I'm over the moon that this beaut stayed 100% pistillate, and very happy to have cuttings. Exquisite balanced aroma as I was taking her down: a sour edge, diesel/rubber, giving way to a smooth, minty and creamy sweetness reminding of vanilla fudge and peppermint creams with a bit of jasmine in there too. Can't wait to sample it! Very 'dry' resin on this one with no stickiness or grease. She looks to have yielded quite well. All plants are hanging so I can get to work scrubbing and cleaning the tent. Time to change the CarboAir 60 over after 14 months of non-stop service, in some high RH conditions too Now for the longest wait! I can't imagine these flowers will be anything less than a stellar smoke, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating... All the best

  36. Didn't get pics of the trusty spot because it was yesterday morning I was there and there were dog walkers everywhere. The freezewarps are about 2 weeks into flower and I gave a branch a good coating of Durban forest pollen. Would of liked them to be a week further into flower or to go back next week for better results I think but we will see. Can't believe how well these are doing considering the drought a couple of weeks ago. The dug in bottomless bags are firing but a bit behind the others, the water crystals work really well. The early grape x Ultra early love are the most into flower of all the plants @Eelhelmet such solid genetics those early loves and I've got a bunch of f7's for next season! The purple freeze auto's are looking spectacular flower wise, thanks @panik All top dressed with bat guano. Grape love Cheese graper, very cheese like structure Group Essex Gold far left @flighty think it's a selfed version you gave eel And the bags from left to right, Psycho Kush, Seedsman White Widow, Freezewarp Killer Kush x Early grape budding up

    Loft tent to loft groom

So I’ve spent the last few weeks sorting the loft out again. I have a 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.8 green cube tent up there for past couple of years. It always felt a bit cramped and the plants were only 6” off top of the footloose I just did. So I’ve fucked the tent off and lined the walls. Upgraded to 10” fan and filter. Getting 2 more CMH to go with the 4 I’ve got. Ive been hand watering in mud since day dot but I’m now moving on to coco. So I’ve also got a dripper system which I’ll put together soon or hopefully when @GSZZ puts that guide up if you get some spare time. Also got a medusa drain to waste so no more waiting for run off to come out then sponging it all up in a bucket. Im well happy with it. All it needs now is my cuttings off a mate of mine in next week or so

    A fresh start

Okay folks, today finds us at day 22 flower, the plants were near touching the boards this morning and being as I wanna turn them up a bit I pulled my finger out and moved them around and up a bit, it was a bit of a mission given how full the fecking tent is but I managed it in the end, now I just gotta change my clothes and take a shower coz I'm bumping! Bit of a picture bomb again sorry but it is what it is, first pics are before moving the boards, And a few shots after I moved em (and bashed the plants about a goodun in the process) Feed today was 20ml bloom, 10ml wideload and 10ml pk into 10L of water divided between the 4. Lights have been turned up to roughly 75% now so we'll see how they take it. For now thanks for looking and hope you all have a nice day! Nice1 ta

  47. Week 6 Day 39 Scope V1 375W dimmed to 300W Ecothrive coco, gravity-fed Tropf Blumat Trippers with Growers Ark nutrients fed at 3ml A&B and 2ml Universal Traces. Plants are touching the light fixture around the edges (and browned some leaves a bit). However the they are taking in 1100umols in places and look happy! I had a Ju Ju in the middle that according to smokie1bcfc might have had some auto$ genes-was chucking out loads of pistils on 20/4 light schedule, so chopped it and have let the other plants fill the space. With the Tropf Blumats I took my eye off the ball hence the out of control SCRoG and reaching my max height. Really is nice though just going in to check them every 3 or so days. Bliss!

  48. 25/08/2020 - Day 25 from first rooted clone Back for another update, as mentioned above FP's Fungus Cocktail pretty much eradicated my pest issue and in turn, caused vigorous growth rate. @buddy13 I can safely say if your at a stage prior to adding beneficial bugs or not too fussed as population is low and due a top up: I highly advise this foliar, you just have to do it on lights off and wash the leaves off the following morning and yes I got us covered in Spain if everyone's camper vanning it over for a night pre or post festival I upgraded my ventilation today from a 6" extractor with no filter to a 10 inch Carbon Filter, 8 inch extractor with reducer as smells were getting blatant, nice diesel smell coming off the stem rub already! The extractor is a noisy bastard so additional heavy DIY boxing was needed from scrap wood found at local bins and some excess sound insulation board had kicking around the flat behind the sofa: Back to the Royal Wedding's: Lights on temp: 31c Lights on humidity: 64% Lights off temp: 29c Lights off humidity: 76% Wattage: 100w hung around 18 inches away to stop stretch and keep temps down They have just been on plain tap water but I have ordered some Ful-Power to boost with fulvic acid levels as I don't feel my castings are quite the quality I am after for a great run on 2nd cycle. I have decided to HST them by topping them once and I will get the SCROG screen in 5 to 7 days on the next update. Here they are pre snip: I am going to use the tops as clones and get a mother on the go as I have a heavy suspicion this strain will be fire grown properly and watching the recent Emerald Mountain series on Instagram/Youtube learning some of the Royal traits... I have asked Ben from Emerald Mountain a few cheeky questions too about dropping my temps last couple of weeks of flower and letting the humidity raise. @Sargares can vouch that this brings out the terps better if Royal dominant due to the coastal line climate that is was created in. Apparently it's super mold resistant too. Here are the girls post be-heading: Here are the 4 cuts I got soaking in Aloe water for 48 hours to remove any potential air out the stems, remove fungus and salicilic acid as rooting hormone: I will be culling out the Buckwheat soon as it was the big mite attraction and the mulch will put phosphorus back into the humus/soil in preparation for flower, I have a load of mint culled from the last update also. I have seeded a load more White Clover, Red Clover to keep giving free nitrogen supply. Here is a buckwheat flower what survived the spidermite rampage Catch you all for the next update soon
