You're not being stupid.  We've all been where you are now.  Listen to what other growers are advising.  Unfortunately, you're going to need to invest in a few essentials, without which there's no point in starting. extraction fan (100mm diameter for your space will do) Carbon filter (matching size) light (which you've already got) small circulating fan ducting/duct clips pots tray soil/medium nutrients   You must get your environment in check.  Can you control temperature and humidity?  The central heating in my house keeps my temps in check and I use a dehumidifier.  Think about where your exhausted air will go.  A wall vent or some kind of access to the exterior is best. Good luck and above all, enjoy your first grow.

Hi all. I have managed to get hold of some proper WCC curepen sauce cartridges from the U,S. .I have never vaped before so have no knowledge of a suitable pen/unit to buy to use with these carts.   Does anyone have any experience of using these sauce carts and what sort of pen / unit should I look for to use with them? is a voltage adjustable unit needed/recommended or just a cheap standard ecig type thing suitable?   Thanks.

Have you ever tried scraping the side of the stem I've played about with this and you do get extra roots from the scrape point
