      There's so many variables that can affect your growth rate in veg (temps, light intensity, medium used etc) so I'd suggest flipping based on plant size rather than time. How tall were they when you flipped?  Stretch is also dependant on strain and your environment, so will take a couple of grows to work out how big they will end up.   I don't agree with needing to have your final pot fully rooted out before flipping, roots still grow 3-4 weeks into flower and if your pot is already rooted out the plant will not grow as big, you'll also need to water multiple times a day if growing in coco (some do prefer to do it this way though).   I usually go into my final pot (20l) 3-4 days before flipping the lights, and aim to have my plants around 12-14" tall when I flip. They usually end up around 4-5ft tall after stretching.

      Morning    Well today the top new growth is a better colour green not yellow which is great news but the lower leaves have started with bronze colour blotches any ideas? Is this calcium deficiency? Thanks for your help so far its appreciated    Bigbear

      what type of lights are you using for veg mate and how high above the plants are they?   im using mh and there 2 ft from the then plants
