      I’m with flighty on that one, if you’re in a windy area where the girls can get a proper battering from the weather keep em as nature intended else they can cleave apart in the gales.

      My 12" fan is 312mm if your ducting is only 300mm there's your problem   But if the fan and filter are the same size then join them with duct tape I used a whole roll when I connected mine up

      After reading this post it’s making me think about my crappy euro style cheap reflectors I’ve had hanging for a fair while. What do you all reccomend?  Cmh/hps/led or a mixture of all? It’s a 3x3m space
