      I reckon the tents to big and the extractor to small for a 2m especially if you want to add more lights later maybe...

      The only other thing i can think of is maybe when you repotted into the bigger pots you damaged the roots on that smaller plant. If the plant hasnt filled the pot enough with roots when you repot, the roots within that pot can get torn when transplanting into another pot.  Like Bhang Buddie said,they do everything they can to grow and its going to be ok. If its roots were damaged repotting it will soon recover and take off,it would just stall it a little so i wouldnt worry too much. Give it more time it should defo sort itself out.
